Mary Sanglap and Donna Davis are are always quick to reply and explain to me everything very well. They're very efficient, flexible, and have a great attitude. I enjoy working with both of them very much! I highly recommend them.

As the HR Manager for my company I was in the market for a software program that could streamline some of our processes. I sat through a few demo's from various companies such as Bamboo HR and ADP before coming across EVCO Insurance Services. What I liked most about my initial meeting with EVCO is that they are as well versed in both benefits and technology. It was great to see that they also offered multiple choice of technology which would have alleviated me having to ship around on my own. The technology platform that EVCO provided for us has made new hire paperwork, terminations, benefits administration, and PTO tracking much easier. I love the visibility I have and the ease of the system. Employee's have access to their records at all times and it makes it really nice when people ask "how much does medical insurance cost?" I can simply refer them to the website and the system automatically calculates the cost for every option we offer. This saves me from having to manually calculate it based off of their age, which ultimately saves me a lot of time. Overall I am very happy we made the switch to EVCO, they offer us a much better service and value than we have ever had in the past. A big thanks to Michael, Brian, Louie and the rest of the EVCO Team!
