We’ve provided broker services long before the right technology allowed our groups to maintain total benefits transparency. We are proud to have shopped, identified, and selected benefit technologies that work as well for our company as for our client companies.

Everett Lebherz
President
Everett Lebherz
As President of EVCO Insurance Services, Everett is responsible for setting the overall vision of EVCO ensuring that we are adhering to our company philosophy to show clients how much we care.
A second generation broker, Everett was introduced to the health insurance industry at a young age. A graduate of St. Mary’s College of California, Everett formed EVCO Insurance Services in 2005 recognizing that many companies needed to be saved from outdated plans and renewal processes. Pioneering the virtual renewal, Everett made sure each client had the opportunity for an easy plan assessment every year. Most small businesses were not used to seeing data and proposals that were tailored to their company needs. Everett has since grown EVCO Insurance Services to over 300 clients with a team of successful agents, who are able to take on clients both big and small, while holding steadfast to always making sure the client comes first.
Everett also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of PointCare, which provides uninsured patients with better access to healthcare. Everett resides in the Bay Area with his wife and three young children.
Eden Ans
Manager
Eden Ans
As Client Success Manager, Eden works closely with our clients ensuring a successful transition of onboarding, benefits administration and payroll integration to the EVCO Enrollment platform. She is responsible for benefits administration accuracy and data integrity. Working closely with our Managing Partners and Account Managers, Eden is available to assist with complex benefit questions.
Eden joined EVCO in 2021 and looks forward to assisting our clients for many years to come! She brings over 25 years of benefits experience in many healthcare environments and has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration. Eden was born and raised in New York City and moved to the Bay Area in 1995. She is a proud mom of two young adult children.
Brian Allen
Managing Partner
Brian Allen
As a Managing Partner and key member of the Client Strategy team, Brian is responsible for introducing, implementing and maintaining the best employee benefits packages and HR technologies available for each and every client.
Brian has been with EVCO Insurance Services since 2016 and has adopted the company philosophy and culture established by Michael Musgrave and Everett Lebherz. His desire to learn and ability to always go the extra mile for his clients has accelerated Brian to a top authority in his industry. Today, Brian’s strategic advice and implementation has led to healthier employees and a more productive workforce for his clients. Prior to his work at EVCO Insurance Services, Brian was a Senior Project Manager for a large nationwide construction company. His abilities to navigate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively allow him to service his clients to the highest level.
Brian is a native of the Bay Area and graduated with honors from Cal Poly Pomona. He and his wife are proud parents of two young boys.
Donna Davis
As a Renewal Specialist, Donna is responsible for delivering complete, accurate, and consumable renewal guidance to clients with the goal of executing renewals and plan changes at least 45 days in advance of the renewal date.
Donna has been with EVCO since 2015. Her personable character, positive attitude, and willingness to always learn more have led Donna to be able to assist more than 200 clients each year and adapt successfully to this ever changing industry. Prior to joining the EVCO team, she worked directly with one of the largest insurance carriers for 13 years.
Donna was born and raised in the Bay Area and currently lives in Sacramento with her husband and their three boys.
EVCO Client Support Team
EVCO Insurance Services, Inc. offers up a robust Client Support Team for the benefit of our clients and their employees. With many years of combined experience working for the leading carriers of the health insurance industry, our team is experts in working with carriers and clients. They are responsible for the continued success and support of those they service. Our dedicated Account Managers are assigned to every group as a single point of contact for your employees and your needs. Our Enrollment and Termination Specialists ensure that all enrollments are received by the carrier in a timely manner and that all terminations are processed accordingly. Additionally our Account Associates and Product Experts greatly contribute to the continual success of EVCO Insurance. Our Client Support Team is always here to show you the client how much we care each and every day.
